- Rates and series discounts for advertisements will be based on the rates in effect at the time of booking.
- All advertising copy should be received by the applicable copy date. Failure to provide (no ad) artwork by the applicable copy date may result in loss of advertising space and cancellation. charges. Receipt prior to the copy date is much appreciated.
- Cancellation of advertisements on or after the the applicable copy date will be invoiced for the advertising space.
